CALIFORNIA MORTGAGE RATES TO 3.31%

The current average 30-year fixed mortgage rate in California decreased 2 basis points from 3.33% to 3.31%. State mortgage rates today ranged from the lowest rate of 3.24% (ME) to the highest rate of 3.56% (WV). California mortgage rates today are 3 basis points lower than the national average rate of 3.34%. The California mortgage interest rate on July 1, 2016 is down 10 basis points from last week's average California rate of 3.41%. Additionally, the current average 15-year fixed mortgage rate in California increased 2 basis points from 2.59% to 2.61% and the current average 5/1 ARM rate is down 16 basis points from 2.81% to 2.65%.
